How to choose the right size ball

It is important for gymnasts to choose a ball that is appropriate for their age group. - Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 165 mm ball. - Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 185 mm ball. We recommend using this size as soon as possible since it is the official competition size. We have a variety of sizes to help you find the right one.

How to maintain your ball

Because we know your equipment is precious to you, why not read our advice: Wash the ball with a bit of washing up liquid, water, and a soft sponge. Rinse well and rub gently. Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.
