Pack the Items
Place the unused sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.
Drop-off or Pickup
Drop off your package at any Decathlon store across KSA for an immediate exchange, or schedule a courier pickup from your home for a home-delivery return.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 7 to 14 business days.
